hi, i'm noah, and i'm sad.
i've been sad for most of my life (the doctors call that my "persistent depressive disorder" or whatever). i've recently been diagnosed with a few chronic conditions, and i am trying to navigate being newly disabled while working full time in academia.
this is my attempt to collate and categorize things that make me happy, so that i can try to not die over the next few years.
i am notoriously bad at remembering things about myself, resulting in me feeling like i have no interests, hobbies, or things that bring me joy. here, i will be able to keep a record of media, people, experiences, etc. that bring me some solace in this fuckass universe.
